Information we receive
We receive information you choose to send, such as your name, work email address, company, phone number, and the contents of a message or audit-intake form. Fleet audit intake may also receive a CSV file after you use a private upload link.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and assess a potential pilot.
- To provide the audit or product service you requested.
- To maintain security, prevent misuse, and improve the service.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not create a customer workspace from an audit request. We do not send claims, invoices, emails, or payments on a carrier's behalf without an authorized human action.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site and service, when required by law, or with your direction. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or ask a privacy question by emailing graham@fieldadminbridge.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
