Effective date: September 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Field Admin Bridge website and public Fleet audit experience.

Service scope

Field Admin Bridge provides software and operational review tools. Outputs, examples, sample figures, and audit findings are informational and require human review. They are not legal, tax, insurance, accounting, brokerage, or collection advice.

Customer decisions stay human

Fleet Ops may organize evidence and prepare review materials. It does not automatically send a claim, invoice, email, payment, or external record. You remain responsible for your source data, contracts, approvals, and all decisions made from the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, try to bypass access controls, upload material you do not have the right to use, or interfere with another customer's workspace. Access to private product features requires an authorized account or session.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue public features. Paid services are governed by the applicable written agreement.
